How to choose the right size?
If you are unsure of your size, please consult our size guide. You can also find it below the available sizes for each product.
What is your return policy?
I totally understand, I change my mind too sometimes! If one or more items don't suit you, you can exchange them or request a refund within 14 days of delivery. As a reminder, in-store returns are free. More information on our return policy here.
Delivery and payment methods
We work with several carriers and delivery partners. You will be asked to choose a delivery method at checkout: home delivery, in-store pickup or pickup point.
How does shipping work?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that it has been received by the store. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
What payment methods do you accept?
Various payment methods are available. You can pay for your order by credit card, via Apple Pay or PayPal, and also via PayPal in 4 interest-free installments. You can also pay for your order in cash or by check if you visit the store.
Do you deliver outside France?
For the time being, we only deliver to metropolitan France. Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout.
